The study was developed upon three main objectives; which are to identify the impact of e-banking service quality on &#13;
customer satisfaction during Covid-19 in commercial banks in Rathnapura District, to identify the impact of e-banking &#13;
service quality on customer satisfaction on both private sector and public sector banks and to identify whether customer &#13;
satisfaction in e-banking service quality differ based on demographic characteristics. The study followed the positivism &#13;
philosophy and deductive research logic. The sample of the study consisted of 384 e-banking customers in Rathnapura &#13;
District and the sampling technique was a combination of stratified sampling and purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing &#13;
was carried out using the multiple regression analysis and Kruskal-Wallis Chi Square Tests. Subsequently, it was found &#13;
that reliability, responsiveness, assurance and tangibility have a statistically significant positive impact on customer &#13;
satisfaction while empathy dimension was insignificant for customer satisfaction during Covid-19. Further, it was found &#13;
that assurance and tangibility have a statistically significant positive impact on customer satisfaction in public banks in &#13;
Rathnapura District, while reliability, responsiveness and tangibility have a statistically significant positive impact on &#13;
customer satisfaction in private banks in Rathnapura District. Moreover, the study found that customer satisfaction in e-banking differs based on demographic factors of Age, Gender &amp; Education.

Human resource management continues to be critical in generating a competitive advantage for any corporation in this &#13;
period of fierce global business competition, as globalization has made the corporate world increasingly competitive. &#13;
Thus, the study examined the impact of globalization on Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in the Nigerian &#13;
manufacturing sector with special reference to on PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc., Ilupeju, Lagos. This was with the employment &#13;
of a structured questionnaire as the data collection instrument, while random sampling technique was used for the study. &#13;
The population of the study stood at 1,302, while Taro Yamane’s formula was adopted to determine the sample size of &#13;
306. The utilized descriptive statistics involved simple percentages and tables, while the employed inferential statistics &#13;
was linear regression analysis. The results of the study confirmed a significant and positive impact of: (i) technological &#13;
innovation on the human resource management practices;(ii) technological advancement on the human resource &#13;
management practices of PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc. The study concluded that there was significant impact of globalization &#13;
on the HRM practices in the Nigerian manufacturing sector. The study, thus recommended the offer of a competitive wage &#13;
package and provision of a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees in the industry so as to fight the &#13;
problem bothering on brain drain.

Corporate governance is crucial for gaining investor confidence and unlocking shareholder value. The aim of the study is &#13;
to examine the influence of internal corporate governance mechanisms on enterprise value of listed companies in Sri &#13;
Lanka. This study is confined to listed companies using a sample of 104 companies in Sri Lanka with 728 firm-year &#13;
observations during the period of 7 years from 2015 to 2021. The statistical techniques of Pearson’s correlation and &#13;
Generalized Methods of Moments (GMM) were used to analyze the association between internal corporate governance &#13;
mechanisms and enterprise value. The findings of this study revealed that board size positively influences the enterprise &#13;
value of listed companies in Sri Lanka whereas Chief Executive Officer Duality (CEOD) and managerial ownership have &#13;
a negative influence on enterprise value. Board independence, board diversity, board activity and audit committee size &#13;
have not shown any significant influence on enterprise value. Moreover, control variables, firm size, firm age and leverage &#13;
have positive effects on enterprise value. These findings have implications for managers, policymakers, researchers and &#13;
investors in general and those in developing countries in particular. This paper offers contributions to both literature and &#13;
practice on what internal corporate governance dimensions are important to enhance the enterprise value of listed &#13;
companies

Corporate social responsibility and Firm Performance is continuing discussion encountered by most of the commercial &#13;
organizations. This study investigates the of economic, social and environmental disclosure and Firm Performance of &#13;
listed companies in Sri Lanka. Thus, 30 listed companies with sustainability reporting are selected for the analysis purpose &#13;
and all these companies follow the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines. This study collected secondary data from &#13;
the yearly reports, both from the financial section and sustainability reporting. Corporate social responsibilities variables &#13;
are economic, social and environmental. Firm performance is measured by Tobin’sq and ROA. Statistical analysis &#13;
purposes have conducted regression and correlation analysis. The findings show economic and social disclosures &#13;
significant impact on tobin’sq. No significant relationship was identified between economic and social disclosure on ROA &#13;
and association was recorded between economic and social disclosure and Tobin’s Q. It is recommended to increase the &#13;
disclosure of sustainability information of the CSE Listed companies in the future to arrive at a valuable finding. A future &#13;
effort may intricate additional in making extra active quantity of the promotional of the firm social visions and actions that &#13;
would encompass actual investors responses, not only contestants as the case in Fortune index, but also other &#13;
stakeholders such as government, clients, suppliers, and non-governmental organizations.
