Abstract:
The child is the main link between one generation and another. Every adult has a
responsibility of strengthening this link by nourisding the child intellectually, spiritually,
physically and psychologically. Motive of the Montessori Method is education give the
maximum benefits to the todays child who will have to be prepared for the tomorrow's
world. According to the pilot study (Mayl2?12) with Montessori parents regarding the
English medium system, they are moderately satisfying the system. Based on that this
study goes to analyze English medium system is effectiveness or not. Objective of the
study are to identify factors influencing to the English medium system, to identify what
are the factors encouragerto parents to follow the English medium system to their chiidren,
to evaluate the effectiveness of the English medium systenn and to find out the strategies
which are used to enhance the effective English medium system. Six English mediurh
Montessoriselected forth'e research purpose. Two'hundred samples are selected through
the systematic randoni sampling method Conceptualvariables are resource availability,
attitudes, organization image and service qublity. .Data's are analysed by descriptive,
bivariate and multivariate analysis. The finding of the study shows that all four variables
are moderately support to the sy.qFm. Research found that after finished the Montessori
very few schools provides the Engiish medium system started grade-6, which is very
difficult for students. ln tl4e mulfiple regression 59% indeperid&rt variables are support to
dependent variable. Some recommendations suggested to improve the system are all
the Montessori synchronizes the syllabus, government schdols starts the English medium
at primary level and provides the adequate training for teachers.
