dc.description.abstract |
This study investigates the Effectiveness of Webinar Based Career Guidance Training and
Students Learning Satisfaction in Eastern Universify, Sri Lanka. This study was
implemented with five dimensions of independent variable of Web-Based career guidance
training, namely course structure/ organization, learner interaction, instructor presence,
student engagement and perceived learning and students learning satisfaction which is
identified as, dependent variable.
Using a structured questionnaire the data were collected from 372 students of Eastern
University, Sri Lanka. And the collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics,
correlation, and simple linear regression.
The analyses stated the positive relaticnship between the Web-Based career guidance
training and students learning satisfaction, this relationship is supported by the Web-Based
career guidance training dimensions that course structure/ organization, learner interaction,
instructor presence, student engagement and perceiv-ed leaming respectively shows
positive relationship with the students learning satisfaction. The all dimensions indicate
strong positive relationship with the student's satisfaction. Further simple linear regression
analysis has concluded that Web-Based career guidance training has a significant impact
on students learning satisfaction among the students. |
