dc.description.abstract Apparel sector play a critical role by supporting socially responsible initiatives and financing a variety of eco-friendly projects, such as green industry development and waste management. The environmental impacts further contaminate working conditions, thus affecting social well-being. These serious environmental and social concerns, besides regulatory pre;sures, demand that apparel ensure they have social and environment-friendly business $actices. Based on this consequences, the purpose of this research study is to explore the mediate impact of green innovation on relationship among CSR practices, green finance (economic, social, and environmental), and environmental performance. This research examines the qxisting levels of green innovation, CSR practices, green finance and environmental perfonnance. After, this study examines the identiff relationship between green innovation, CSR practices, green finance and environmental performance among executives. Further, researcher tried to identify the mediate impact of green innovation on relationship among CSR practices, green finance, and environmental performance within Apparel sector in Ampara district. This research study relies on a data set derived its survey of 131 employees who are currently employed in selected Apparel firms in Ampara, Sri Lanka. Quantitative research approach used for this study. As well as close ended questionnaire was used as the method of data collection fiom executive level employees. Stratified random sample method used to make the sampling frame of the study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The descriptive result indicated that the green innovation, CSR practices, green finance and environmental performance were moderate among executive level employees. Also correlation result indicated a significant positive relationship between green innovation, CSR practices, green finance and environmental performance among respondents. And also the multiple regression result indicated that mediate impact of green innovation on relationship among CSR practices, green finance and environmental performance within Apparel sector in Ampara District en_US
