dc.description.abstract In today's economic world, it's very difficult to see any business without competition. So, the organizations can achieve their success and goals through the effective employees. Hence, the organizations need to pay the special attention on their employees for enhancing the employee growth. Employee generally attempt to make their jobs more appealing and engaging. When they succeed, they feel more engaged in the workplace. Conversely, when they do not, they feel they play no part in defining their role and as a result, they find the challenges to remain engaged and satisfied. Job crafting behaviour play a significant part to make meaningful work in the workplace. This can enhance the higher performance of the employees. This study aims to investigate the impact of inclusive leadership on job crafting behaviour with the mediating role of leader member exchange in banking sector in Nuwara Eliya district of Sri Lanka. In addition to this, the researcher identified the level of these variables, impact, and relationship between them. While there has been a lack of research conducted in this area, this study focuses on 202 respondents who are working in banking sector in Nuwara Eliya district of Sri Lanka. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using (SPSS 22.0 version). The findings of the study indicate that, the overall inclusive leadership, leader member exchange, and job crafting behaviour are at high level in banking sector in Nuwara Eliya district of Sri Lanka. And the results suggest that there is a significant and strong positive relationship between (l) inclusive leadership and job crafting behaviour, (2) inclusive leadership and leader member exchange, (3) leader member exchange and job crafting behaviour of selected banks in Nuwara Eliya district of Sri Lanka. Furthermore, leader member exchange acts as a mediator between inclusive leadership and job crafting behaviour. This study provides valuable insights into the factors that impact the job crafting behaviour among the employees who are working in banking sector in Nuwara Eliya district of Sri Lanka. Further, the findings of this study offer guidance to the banking sector to getting the efficient and meaningful work from their employees en_US
